Christmas Cheer

This should be the time to wish peace and good health to all people, at the present time I have been making angels in gold (that is paint) to go on a Christmas tree, hoping it will generate money for the Little House Children's Hospice here in Devon.
Where are you going Joan, well did you see that the income tax is going up for all those high earners, these people are very quick and savvy in tax laws, will we see them moving out of this country, into tax exile.
In the Mail on Sunday paper I noted on the inside page the equation of tax for,a cabinet Minister's take home pay and what you would need to match up, what I do note is the housing allowance of 24k total income £162,730,tax bill from 2011 £47,363 take home pay £115,367, now look at your tax bill for that period,
salary £184,502 tax bill £66,685  take home pay £115,367 .
If you can please read that article,  I have never heard how one can get lone to get you out of debt, did I not go to the right school.
Well Joan what has this got to do with Angels and Christmas tree's,a lot really,a lot of jobs are going, look at the shops shutting down, and I have not found cheaper food,
In a previous page I have said about not having enough money for all the presants we normally have at this time of year, those years have gone and now we have to live with what we have.

Please spare a thought for all the serving men and women, away from their famlies, but also for those families,it is hard for them too.
