Tax Secrets in Pub Car Park

That is the headline in a national news paper,it states that Ministers have been forced to order an emergency shutdown of key Government computer system to protect millions of people's private details.
Does one cry or laugh at this Government's so called security of important documents, how many so far have been lost, could I suggest that they are lost to order,oh my how could I say such a thing, do they not care about us, only when they want votes.
Why are these civil servants allowed to take documents from offices. Does nobody sign the Official Secrets Act any more.
Just think somebody could impersonate you and take your whole life from you, scary yes, what has happened to all the other files that have been lost, have they got into enemy hands.
Who will take the blame not the head of this government or his other cabinet colleagues, oh no some lower civil servant.
