This is a fact, there are more trees being uprooted, just to provide more space to build concrete jungles!
We are being told by this Government that we in Teignbridge
need to put up 8,000 more houses, that is above the amount that we have already been tasked to do. Here in Kingsteignton mature trees have been felled, what did that do to the atmostphere? How much carbon was released in to the atmostphere? I have looked at the report from the government SWRA but I am not convinced at the methodology used.

Why do we expect people to leave the village or hamlet where they have lived all their lives? We need more village trusts, that will take up land for their own residents, young people growing, these properties would be kept in perpetuity, and not sold to outsiders.
Just, look around you and see how many homes are up for sale, I would like to know what you think, affordable what is that? This is a question I have asked many times in questionnaires that I have sent out.
